This week’s blog includes important announcements for the week ahead and beyond:

  1. Tues practice at Whitetail Ridge and Thursday at Sunfush (mark availability in TeamSnap)

  2. Register For Races by Aug 1 (register)

  3. Cub Foods Fundraising Event: Aug 16 (sign up)

  4. Booster Club STILL NEEDS ONE VOLUNTEER FOR TREASURER POSITION (nominate yourself)


Practices: July 22 and 24

FOR ALL PRACTICES:

  • Indicate your availability on TeamSnap at least 24 hours before practice by checking “Going,” “Maybe” or “No”

  • Show up at least 15 minutes early, and be ready to ride at practice start!

  • Check in and check out with a parking lot attendant.


Date: Tuesday, July 22
Time: 6:00 – 8:00 pm (arrive by 5:45)
Whitetail Ridge, Riverfalls WI (~45 min drive)
Action: Lot parents: 2 volunteers are needed. Sign up via TeamSnap: Click on “Schedule” > Tap into July 22 Practice > Tap into “My Assignments” > Select “Sign Up.” Each family is expected to volunteer a minimum of 2 shifts during the season.


Date: Thursday, July 24

Time: 6:00 – 8:00 pm (arrive by 5:45)
Sunfish Lake
Action Lot parents: 1 volunteer is needed. Sign up via TeamSnap: Click on “Schedule” > Tap into July 24 Practice > Tap into “My Assignments” > Select “Sign Up.” Each family is expected to volunteer a minimum of 2 shifts during the season.



Register For Races: Aug 1 Deadline

If you are interested in racing this year, the deadline for SuperPass discount and race registration is Aug 1 (no exceptions). Learn more and complete your race registration at:

You must be a registered Minnesota Cycling Association member for the season to register for races. Be sure to log in with the same email address associated with your athlete profile.

  • Single race: $60 per race

  • SuperPass (3-4 races): $170, includes State Championship

Cub Foods Fundraising Day: Aug 16

We have secured a morning slot for a Cub Foods Bagging fundraiser on Aug 16.

This is a great chance for our team to engage with the community and raise funds for team activities. Please make sure to sign up in advance!

  • Saturday, August 16, 2025 10-2pm

  • Dress code: Jersey or WBL gear, long pants without holes, closed-toed shoes

  • Max: 8-10 baggers per shift + 2 adult volunteers per shift.

  • This counts towards the volunteer commitment for lettering.


Treasurer Needed!
Please volunteer so we can keep our Booster Club!

We’re grateful for the many parents who support the team with their time and skills. Our team thrives on a culture of “I can help!” We are currently seeking one more volunteer to fill the treasurer position. All positions must be filled in order to keep the Booster Club.
